Refund and cancellation policy

Before we buy in Korea

You can cancel and get your deposit back in full as long as we haven't completed the purchase from the seller. Non-refundable payment gateway fees are deducted.

If the car sells before we buy it

We tell you immediately and refund the full amount, or suggest an alternative car with your approval.

After we buy in Korea

Orders can't be cancelled after the purchase is completed in your name, because the car is a unique item bought at your request. Options such as resale can be discussed case by case.

Spare parts

You can return an unused part in its original condition within 7 days of receipt, unless it was made or ordered specifically for you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
