Terms of use

1. Definitions

"Platform": divaroad.com and its apps. "Customer": anyone who uses or orders through the platform. "Source": the South Korean car marketplaces listings are taken from.

2. Nature of the service

The platform acts as an intermediary that buys the car or part on the customer's behalf from the seller in Korea and handles shipping and follow-up. Listing data is taken from the source, and we take reasonable care in translating and reviewing it.

3. Prices

Prices are converted from Korean won at a daily exchange rate and may change before an order is confirmed. Displayed shipping and customs costs are estimates; the final amount is set in the invoice.

4. Reservation and payment

An order is reserved once the deposit or full amount is received and the car's availability is confirmed. Payments go through licensed payment gateways, and the platform does not store card details.

5. Vehicle condition

Cars are used, and their condition is shown as stated in the Korean inspection report and insurance record. The platform does not warrant anything these reports don't show, except as required by law.

6. Import rules

The customer complies with import rules in the destination country, including vehicle age and standards requirements. The platform flags known restrictions but is not liable for refused entry caused by rule changes after purchase.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Governed by the refund and cancellation policy published on the platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
